We have framed the costs of our immigration and asylum services with a reasonable and affordable fee and accommodate it affordable to everyone.

We will provide estimated costs along with the Client care letter and if any changes we will provide updated one and agree with you.

We. except all other areas of practise charge on hourly basis.

Individuals handling the matter and supervision of work for all Immigration work:

The firm have effective supervision for all the works undertaken by it and a solicitor of not less than 3 years will supervise it.

All costs are exclusive of Disbursements.

Any payments made on behalf of the client to third parties like Home office fees, Court fees, Expert fees, Barrister fees are disbursements and not inclusive in the fees charged by us.

VAT:

The fee cited may be subject to VAT which me 20 percent but may be changed as notified by the HMRC.

Key Stages & Times Framework:

We will assess your matter and will provide an estimated timeframe for work.

We will also inform you about the key stages of the matter like initial advice, screening interview, collection of evidence and final interview and decision.

Timescale for all Immigration Applications:

The time taken for making Decision is not certain many times and we cannot assure or make any promise as to how long the Home Office will take to process your application.

There is a guideline in the Home office guidance but it is not guaranteed.

Consultation rate for up to 60 mins: From £100 + VAT (if applicable)

Sponsor Licence Application

For UK-based companies, we will make assessments, advise and assist in applying for a licence to sponsor and employ migrant workers.

• Our estimated fee: £2000 to £6000 + VAT (Small & Charity Organisations)
• Our estimated fee: £2500 to £8000 + VAT (Other big Organisations)

We undertake an eligibility criteria assessment and check the organisation policies, including documentation for the application, check the suitability of the organisation and the key personnel, consult with your organisation on the reasons for new job creation and necessity for recruitment, plan the application stage check the immigration control policy and procedures, monitoring ability as per the home office policy guidance.

Timescale:

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. We will take two weeks to prepare and assist your sponsor application.

Home office Licence fees:

This is disbursements and you need to pay as on date required by the home office.

Applying to become a British Citizen

Naturalisation or Registration applications under the British Nationality Act 1981.

• Our estimated fee for adult applications: £1250 to £2500 + VAT at 20% (if applicable)
• Our estimated fee for child applications: £1000 to £2000 + VAT at 20% (if applicable)

Disbursements not included in costs set out above:

Disbursements are payments to third parties and are not included in our fee estimates.

Student and Work Experience visas

UK Study Visa, Short-Term Study Visa, Graduate Visa, Government Authorised Exchange Visa.

• Typical fee estimate: £750 to £1000 + VAT at 20% (if applicable)
• UK Visit Visas

UK visit visa applications for tourism, visiting friends and family.

• fee estimate: £750 to £1000 + VAT at 20% (if applicable)
• Additional applicant from the same household: £500 + VAT at 20% (if applicable) if travelling together.

Family visa Applications

Spouse and partner applications, including fiancé(e)s or proposed civil partners.

• Our fee: £1250 to £2500 + VAT at 20% (if applicable)
• Accompanying children: £500 to £1000 + VAT at 20% (if applicable)

Work, business, or study under the Points-Based System

Skilled worker visa, Innovator, Global Talent, Global Business Mobility routes

• Skilled worker visa-750 to 1000.00
• Innovator foundation visa 5000-8000
• Global Business Mobility visa-1000.00

Administrative Review of Decisions

Challenge the caseworker’s errors by doing an administrative review of the decision.
